The room was comfortable, and the staff, particularly George and Carina, were attentive and knowledgeable about local attractions. What stood out the most to me was the sound-proofed windows in the room, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. I am grateful for the great experience at Hotel America and look forward to returning in the future.
